    Order Confirmation

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you do not see an order confirmation e-mail please check your spam folder as sometimes your confirmation email may end up your spam or junk mail. If for any reason there is additional information we require from you, or there is a delay in production of your order you will be contacted at the email you provided.


    Order Handling Time

    Please note the majority of our items are made to order just for you, and thus take about 3-5 Business Days to produce. Your order should generally be delivered within 5-7 Business Days. We automatically send out a confirmation email with your tracking to the email address you provide us during checkout. If for any reason you do not receive tracking information from us within 5-7 Business days or you have any other questions or concerns about your order please feel free to contact us at

    International Buyers - Please Note:

    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

    Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying


    30-day Return/Exchange Policy 


    • Buyer must return items in the same condition it was mailed in with all original packaging and materials included. 
    • ‘New or unused condition’ indicates that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in ANY way from anyone other than JewelWeSell.
    • We will inspect your item upon receipt.  If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in the same condition, it may not be accepted for exchange or refunds, and we will return it to you at your expense.
    • The item may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. It must be returned properly insured and with a valid tracking within that return period.  
    • We must be contacted for an RMA# prior to return or exchange. 


    Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return mailing/handling costs.

    Additional services/fees incurred will not be refunded.
