30-day Return/Exchange Policy
- Buyer must return items in the same condition it was mailed in with all original packaging and materials included.
- ‘New or unused condition’ indicates that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in ANY way from anyone other than JewelWeSell.
- We will inspect your item upon receipt. If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in the same condition, it may not be accepted for exchange or refunds, and we will return it to you at your expense.
- The item may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. It must be returned properly insured and with a valid tracking within that return period.
- We must be contacted for an RMA# prior to return or exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return mailing/handling costs.
Additional services/fees incurred will not be refunded.
