What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. We also offer financing options through Affirm, allowing you to pay for your jewelry in manageable installments.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. JewelWeSell.com uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that your personal and payment information is completely protected and kept confidential during checkout.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. To qualify, your jewelry must be in same, unworn condition it was sent in with all original packaging included, and it must not have been altered by any outside jeweler. Your return must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the date you originally received the item. How do I start a return? To initiate a return, you must email us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages sent back without an RMA number will be refused.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? If you are located within the USA, we will provide you with a free, prepaid return shipping label. International buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you choose to use your own shipping label instead of our prepaid one, you are responsible for purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for returns lost or stolen in transit.

When will I get my refund? Once your return arrives at our facility and passes our quality inspection, we process refunds within 1 to 4 business days. Depending on your original payment method, it may take an additional 1 to 10 business days for your bank to reflect the funds in your account.

Most custom orders are be non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry? Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a Lifetime Warranty on all jewelry purchased from JewelWeSell. Our warranty includes:

• Free Stone Resetting: If a diamond or gemstone ever falls out of your piece, simply send the ring and the fallen stone back to us. We will expertly reset it and ship it back to you for free. (Note: You are only responsible for the cost of insured shipping back and forth).

• Lost Stones: We cannot replace lost gemstones for free. However, if a stone falls out and you cannot find it, please contact us. We will provide you with the lowest possible price to source a replacement stone.

• Free Cleaning & Maintenance: Normal wear and tear over time can cause jewelry to lose its shine. We offer free cleaning, polishing, and re-plating for life. (You only pay for insured shipping/handling costs).

• Repairs: This warranty does not cover damage caused to the item by the purchaser or others. However, if your jewelry is damaged, let us know! We can repair it for you at the lowest possible cost.

IMPORTANT: Unauthorized repairs or service—meaning any modifications, alterations, resizing, or repairs performed by anyone other than JewelWeSell—will instantly void this warranty.

• Lab-Grown Diamonds: These are real diamonds with the exact same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds, but they are created in a controlled lab environment. They are eco-friendly and offer incredible value, allowing you to get a larger or higher-quality stone for your budget.

• Moissanite: Moissanite is a distinct, highly durable gemstone known for its spectacular brilliance and "fire" (it actually reflects more colorful light than a diamond!). It is a gorgeous, incredibly cost-effective alternative to traditional diamonds. Our moissanite products are treated and set with the same care and quality as our natural and lab diamond options.

What is Gold Karat, and which is the best to choose? Gold karat measures the purity of the gold. Because 24K (pure gold) is too soft for everyday jewelry, it is mixed with other metal alloys for strength. The "best" karat is purely a personal preference based on your lifestyle:

• 14K Gold (58.3% Gold): The most popular choice for engagement rings and daily wear. It offers the perfect balance of beautiful color, excellent durability, and affordability. It is highly resistant to scratching, making it great for active lifestyles.

• 18K Gold (75.0% Gold): Offers a richer, warmer yellow color and a more luxurious feel due to its higher gold content. Because it is slightly softer than 14K, it is ideal for those who want a premium metal and are mindful of their jewelry.

Do you offer custom designs? Yes! We can turn your dream ring into a reality at an incredible price. Whether you have a photo, a rough sketch, or just a concept in mind, our design team can bring it to life. We offer a free CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and quote, typically provided within 1 to 3 business days.

Can I customize an existing ring or order a specific size? Absolutely. We offer a range of customization options for our existing listings. Please note, however, that rings ordered in sizes smaller than 4 or larger than 12, engraved items, or any piece modified from its original online listing are considered Custom Orders and are non-refundable.

What is a Custom CAD Order? A CAD order is a fully custom piece of jewelry designed from scratch. Because these orders involve a collaborative, step-by-step approval process with you to ensure the design is exactly what you want, custom CAD orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
