At JewelWeSell, we are committed to delivering your fine jewelry safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Since 1982, our family has prioritized customer satisfaction, which includes a seamless delivery experience.
1. Shipping Rates & Destinations
Free Standard Shipping
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
International Shipping
We ship globally from our headquarters in New Jersey, USA. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing
- In-Stock Items: Usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Custom Designs & Made-to-Order: Since we manufacture our own jewelry, custom pieces or items requiring resizing typically take 7–14 business days for production before they are shipped.
- CAD Renderings: For bespoke orders, CAD renderings are provided for approval before manufacturing begins.
Estimated Delivery
- Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after shipment.
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Security & Insurance
Your peace of mind is important to us.
- Fully Insured: Every shipment from JewelWeSell is fully insured during transit until it reaches your door.
- Signature Required: To ensure the safety of your high-value purchase, all orders over a certain value (typically $500+) require a signature upon delivery.
- Discreet Packaging: For security and to keep your surprise safe, our outer shipping boxes are discreet and do not mention "JewelWeSell" or "Jewelry" on the exterior.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly on our website at /order-tracking.
5. Address Changes
For security reasons, we are generally unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at 1-646-397-7754.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your jewelry.
