At JewelWeSell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a multi-generational family business, we take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind every piece we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. 7-Day Easy Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return period for most items. If you are not happy with your purchase, you must notify us and initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
- It must include all original packaging, tags, and documentation (such as laboratory grading certificates).
- There must be no signs of wear, damage, or use.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return or refund due to their personalized nature:
- Custom Designs: Any jewelry created through our bespoke design service or modified according to your specific instructions.
- Resized Items: Items that were resized at your request (other than standard stock sizes).
- Engraved Items: Any piece that has been personalized with an engraving.
- Clearance/Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
3. The Refund Process

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including insurance. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method (such as FedEx or UPS), as JewelWeSell is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Upon receiving your return, our expert jewelers will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3–5 business days.

Step 4: Issuance of Refund
Once approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
4. Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
JewelWeSell stands behind the quality of our jewelry with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us for an evaluation.
- If we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of stones, or damage caused by accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs/alterations.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, metal, or style, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround time and accurate inventory management.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and prioritize the replacement of your item.
