JewelWeSell Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to absolutely love your jewelry from JewelWeSell.com. If you need to return or exchange your piece for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy. Your return must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the date you received the item.
How to Qualify for a Return To ensure your refund or exchange is approved, please review the following guidelines:
Request Authorization & 30-Day Window: You must email our team at [email protected] to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The item must be handed over to the shipping carrier and shipped back to us within 30 days of your original delivery date. Packages shipped past this 30-day window or mailed back without an approved RMA will be refused.
New ande used Condition: Jewelry must be entirely unworn and brand new. Pieces that show any signs of use—including scuffs, scratches, or minor blemishes—will not qualify.
Complete Set: The item must be sent back with all original boxes/tag, paperwork, and packaging materials.
No Third-Party Modifications: The jewelry must remain exactly as we sent it. If the piece has been resized, adjusted, or altered in any capacity by a jeweler other than JewelWeSell, your return policy is voided.
Return Shipping & Liability
Domestic Returns (USA): We are pleased to offer a free, prepaid return shipping label to cover your return within the stated 30-day return period.
International Returns: Buyers outside of the USA are responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements.
Using Your Own Label: If you choose to return an item using your own shipping label (whether domestic or international), JewelWeSell is not liable for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for the full value of the item.
Our Inspection Process Once your return arrives at our facility, our quality assurance team will thoroughly evaluate the item. If the jewelry fails this inspection—whether due to damage, wear, or unauthorized alterations—the return will be denied. In these cases, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Times Once your item passes our inspection, we will process your refund directly to your original form of payment within 1 to 4 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to reflect on your end depends entirely on your payment method and financial institution. Below are the standard processing times once we issue the refund. The actual time it takes may vary.

Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items Certain items and services are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
Customized Jewelry: Any piece that has been engraved, modified from its original online listing, or custom-designed.
Specialty Ring Sizes: Any rings ordered in sizes not listed in the standard ring size options on the product page listings.
CAD Designs: Because custom CAD projects involve a collaborative, step-by-step approval process with the buyer, these are strictly final sale.
Non-Refundable Services: Costs for appraisals and gift wrapping.
Non-Refundable Fees Please note that refunds apply only to the cost of the jewelry itself. The following charges will not be refunded:
Original shipping and handling costs.
Rush production or expedited processing fees.
Any other supplemental service charges, such as engraving, photos on pendants, etc.
